It would be nice to have the same functionality that exists to reorder Chore Types within a Chore List and Events in an Event Set (the move up/down functionality). This would save a bunch of time when creating these for users. These appear in cow card pages and the ""animal details"" of a Chore List.

It is very tedious to have to delete all items in the list to bring one to the top, or adjust the order in any way.
