Option to select treament protocol to be only available to lact=0 or lact>0 animals. Many calf treatment protocols are not allowed for cows or vice versa. 

It would simplify treatment options on the phone if the user saw only the ones for cow when they're treating cows, and not needing to scroll through all the calf pneumonia protocols first.
