Dry Off Reports
There are several ways to look at reports for scheduled dry offs. One of the best items to use is the NDDAT item which relies on the herd settings for dry off. The herd setting for predicting the dry off date is based on the desired dry period length and the due date of the pregnant animal.
If a cow has a dry chore scheduled, the due date of the chore will become the NDDAT item. chDtDRY is the date of the dry chore item. It only populates if there is a pending dry chore for that cow.
A chore report is helpful for seeing animals that have pending dry chores. This report shows the dry chores due in 7 days.
