Currently, creating an item using a formula requires writing a long function, this is difficult for most people including customers and staff members and very hard to train for.

I suggest creating a formula builder that allow to create items easily

for example: in MS Excel, you can write the formula or function you want to use, however, for non-Excel expert, you can use their function builder (see the picture)
