Eliminate the automated permission invitation for non-existent accounts
As an alternative, send
an email telling the person that X farm has attempted to add them but can
not because there is no user account associated with this email. The content of the email might also contain:
- A hyperlink to create an account. LINK TO USER ACCOUNT SETUP
- After the account is created you can contact X Farm for permission.
- BoviSync recommends that consultants set up and use team accounts.
It would also be good if a permission was not created and it didn’t stay on the accounts page.
