Instead of sending out info about an individual cow, could links to reports be sent?  Here are the top cows contributing to your SCC, chronic cows, cows to CMT/culture, cows with inverted fat/protein ration, low/high MUN.  The link would go to the report for them to view.  Also the current link doesn't always work.
