Some thoughts on doing entry on the mobile app. 

- Auto increment the calf tag to the next in the series.  Look at the last heifer and the last bull and increment based off of sex or breed.  

- duplicate warning if that ID already exists in the herd

- View the last calf entered- when you go into the edit recent, you can't see the calf ID that you entered.  It would also be helpful to see during the entry screen. 

- I think for new users especially there is a lot of confusion around Omit Calf info and going to Live birth and then No Eartag.  The other common thing that happens here is instead of picking No Eartag, entering a 0.  

- With matched tag sets, could we scan the EID and then have the ID assigned when they refresh their data? 

A lot of the issues would be cleared up if the auto increment worked well.  A lot of farms still write their fresh cows on a clipboard over night and enter them in batch in the morning.  When I tried this in the office, I entered a couple of cows incorrectly.
