Would it be possible to modify the home screen of the app with more shortcuts?  If each user could have a couple of the most accessed things they use, it would help with training and speed.  The attached example has Vaccines and Repro shots as an example. These would be shortcuts to their chore lists.  I could see a calf person having short cuts to a calf treatment list and health event entries.
