After importing a herd many of the vaccination events do not have a linked vaccine. The only reference to the vaccine administered is the event note. To setup protocols using these events as filters we would need the note of the vaccination, since the "vaccines in last 12 months" item will be empty. At the moment to be able to setup these protocol all events have to be manually updated which takes a lot of time decreasing work efficiency. Therefore, "vaccine note in last 12 months" would be useful to have.
