I'm getting alot of complaints that when the app forces a sync, roughly 8 hours after the most recent sync, this causes the phone to lag and is disruptive to the work being done. I understand reason to force a sync every 8 hrs, but continuing to force a sync even when there is no network connectivity makes absolutely no sense. At least give us that little bit of control over syncing.
