streamline enrolls

The bull service event type is currently only able to be entered on the web. It would be nice to be able to enter this on the mobile app and enter the bull's information.

Currently, we need to create a protocol with a bull service auto-event, then add a button on the phone to enroll into this protocol. This does not allow the user to enter the bull they saw jumping, in the case of multiple bulls being on the farm.
