Following DHIA test import, an email distribution should be triggered that includes attachments for the DHIA file imported and the user's custom report(s) and/or compiled reports (report PDF with multiple reports). This will serve as notification to users of DHIA test imports and provide the user with the relevant reports they use all their farms. Users may be consultants and farm users. The distribution list should be by subscription not admin only as is currently done.
