Users have requested the ability to have treatment protocols expire annually. Their thought was they would like to have a specific user (or vet) approve of their treatment protocols annually.

If this feature were made available users would need to be notified of protocols soon to expire, protocols that need their approval to become active and permissions to approve protocols.
