Undo button in app should undo all chores completed with tap for the animal (instead of just one)

Undo button in app should undo all chores completed with tap for the animal (instead of just one)

If I have a Lut shot and vaccination shot that are completed by tapping an animal in the app. when that animal is completed, pressing undo only reverts the one chore, not both. If multiple chores are completed in the app for one animal, the undo should revert all those just completed.
