Having trouble connecting your wand?  Make sure Android Permissions are enabled!  

Written Instructions:
To add a Bluetooth wand to a phone, put the EID wand into pairing mode and then in your phone's Bluetooth settings, pair the wand to your phone. If the wand is already in the app settings, you are done. If the wand is not yet in the app settings follow these steps:

  1. Open the BoviSync App
  2. Go to the Menu
  3. Tap on 'Settings'
  4. Tap on 'EID Readers'
  5. Tap on the 'Pair New Reader' button
  6. Select the wand you want to pair from the list
  7. Save BoviSync app settings (Note: This requires admin privileges)


Remove a Bluetooth EID Wand:

To remove a Bluetooth wand on a phone; follow these steps:

  1. Open the BoviSync App
  2. Go to the Menu
  3. Tap on 'Settings'
  4. Tap on 'EID Readers'
  5. Tap the Wand you want to remove
  6. Select 'Disconnect' from the list
  7. Tap on the wand again and choose 'Remove' from the list, select OK
  8. Save BoviSync app settings (Note: This requires admin privileges)
