Dose Units - Here you can choose the units of the treatment you are using. The options available are:
Always Show - while completing the chore it will always ask the units of the treatment.
If Empty - It will ask what the units are if it is not pre-defined in the chore (usually defined in the protocol).
Skip - It will ignore this field and leave it empty or filled with the predefined value.
Bottle - If the treatment you are giving is a full bottle (example: a bottle of calcium).
cc - cubic centimeter.
gal - If the treatment you are giving is a full gallon (example: drench)
mL - milliliter.
qt - quart.
unit - when a unit is applied/given (example: progesterone device, or calcium bolus).
Route - Here you can choose the route used to give the treatment. The options available are:
Skip - It will ignore this field and leave it empty or filled with the predefined value.
IM - Intramuscular
IM (I Mammary) - intramammary
IV - intravenous
Intra-Vaginal
Nasal
Oral
SubQ - Sub-cutaneous
Topical
Tube
Dose - Here you can chose to enter the dose/amount of the specific treatment.
Enter - When completing the chore it will prompt for the value to be entered
If Empty - When completing the chore it will prompt for the value to be entered only if the field is empty (the value can be set in the protocol)
Skip - This field will be skipped
Show Notes - If you select this option, while completing the option it will allow you to edit/enter a note. If it is unselected the note will be skipped.
Auto-complete - If you select this option, the chore for the animals will automatically be completed and the animals will not be placed in the queue. If this option is unselected, when the animal is selected, it will be placed in the queue, and the chore needs to be completed manually bu tapping the animal ID.
Color - This option will determine the color that the animal displays when it is placed in the queue. When you have different chore types being completed in the chore list, the color displayed in addition to the sound (see next option for more detail) help the user to know what task needs to be done.
Sound - This option will determine the sound that you will hear when an animal is selected with a given chore. When you have different chore types being completed in the chore list, the sound associated with the color displayed (see previous option for more detail) help the user to know what task needs to be done.
Contains - In this field you can enter the name of the treatment, or the note that is associated with the chore (created in the protocol). Only chores that contain the text entered here will be brought to the chore list you are building.
Usage - Defines for what this chore is used for. The options available are:
None - Default setting. If you leave it this way it wont affect the functionality of the chore.
Vaccine - The treatment is used as a vaccine
Dry Treatment - The treatment is used for Dry off.
Preventive - The treatment is used to prevent the development of disease.
Maintenance - The treatment is used on a regular basis to keep cows in health (an example would be dietary supplements).
Treatment - The treatment is used during an ongoing disease.
Repro - The treatment is used in the reproductive management
