Clear Memory on IDology LightningROD

Written Instructions:

This requires having a Windows PC with Bluetooth capabilities.

1. Turn on EID Wand
2. Connect EID Wand to PC via Bluetooth
3. Download IDology software - Software available for download at: https://id-ology.com/software/
4. Open the IDology software
5. Connect to the wand (Find the correct data communications port, click the red box to search on that port)
6. The EID wand will turn blue when connected, the software link box will turn green when connected 
7. Click 'Clear Reader Memory'
8. Click 'Turn Reader Memory OFF'
