Creating Sold Chores

BoviSync has the ability of putting sold chores on animals while walking pens and you find an animal that is unhealthy, or a low producer, etc. To setup this feature, create a new event or use the walking pen event set. After creating the event set this feature will show up on a sold chore list or list you create. Below are the steps to walk through how to create an sold event set and sold chore list. 

With a sold chore, the animal will be assigned a DNB status, and she will not enroll into ANY reproduction protocol if this is something you would not like we would recommend using a different event to create your sold chores. 


Steps to create a Sold Chore from the Event side of the phone.


1) Create an Event Set



2) Click Add Event on the bottom left of the screen.

3) Type in Sold in the Navigator Bar.

4) Fill out or chose skip on the cull type and reasons.



5) Click Save as Chore.



Creating a Sold Chore List: 


1) Click Chores.

2) Click New List on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.


3) Name the Chore List.


4) Add your Sold Type by clicking on the bottom left-hand side "Add Chore Type".


5) Fill out the information you would like to record. (Pick a color and sound for this chore to alert your team why they are on the list.)


IMPORTANT: Remember to Save settings after this list is add to the phone. Remember only an admin can update the phone settings.
