Hard Sync Mobile App

Only perform a Hard Sync if troubleshooting a syncing issue.  If you are unsure, contact BoviSync Customer Sucess Team

1. Sync the app & wait for sync to complete

Warning
Skipping Step 1 could result in loss of data

2. Tap on the user's initials in the top right corner


3. Tap & Hold "Sync Data" button 


4. Acknowledge warning and click "Continue" 


5. Allow device to fully sync
