Import Data into Hoof Supervisor

This article will guide you in exporting data out of BoivSync to be imported into Hoof Supervisor.

Due or Past Due Hoof Trimmings Chore Report

This report contains all animals that have a 'Trim' or 'Hoof Maintenance' chore that is due or past due.

2. Click 'Export' to export this report to a .CSV file
3. Open the .CSV file in Microsoft Excel and remove the first row. (Headers)
4. Save the .CSV file
5. Load the .CSV file into Hoof Supervisor



All Animals Hoof Trim Report

This report contains all animals on the farm. If you would like to specify animals by DIM, DCC, AGE, etc you must add a filter to the report.

2. Click 'Export' to export this report to a .CSV file
3. Open the .CSV file in Microsoft Excel and remove the first row. (Headers)
4. Save the .CSV file
3. Load the .CSV file into Hoof Supervisor



Remove Headers & Save File:

1. Select row 1 (Headers)
2. Right Click > Delete (If prompted, Shift Cells Up)
3. File > Save




Hoof Supervisor Codes
A– Abscess (White line)
C– Corkscrew claw
  • D– Digital Dermatitis (often paired with an M-stage scoring system)
  • E– Heel erosion
  • F– Foot rot
  • H– Sole Hemorrhage
  • I– Interdigital dermatitis
  • K– Interdigital fibroma / Corn
  • L– Laminitis
  • N– Non-foot lameness (injuries outside of the hoof)
  • S– White line separation
  • T– Toe ulcer
  • U– Sole ulcer
  • W– Thin sole / White line fissure
