TeamViwer Quick Support App allows BoviSync technicians to remotely control your mobile device, see exactly what you see on the device, and share text/data directly to and from the device.
2.- Search for the Quick Support app
3.- Find the TeamViewer Quick Support app
4.- Install the app
5.- Once it is installed, open the app, agree
and continue, swipe the screen to your right two times and press done
6.- Hit next for the privacy policy and you will see a Quick Support permission then press settings
7.- Find the app Quick Support and turn on the permission and you should be good to go
8.- If you want to move your new app to the main home screen find the app, hold, and drag to move to the home page
9.- Once you open the app you will see your ID number, that is the number that BoviSync support will need to login to your phone
10.- When a BoviSync Support technician logs in, it will ask you if you want to DENY or ALLOW, you must press ALLOW for Support to be able to login to your phone
11.- Other screens will show up for Quick Support, that would be Cancel or Start now, for support to start, you must press START NOW
12.- Quick Support is going to ask you if you allow access with 3 different options (While using the app), (Only this time), (Deny). You need to press while using the app.
