How to Upload Phone Database to Support
This article will walk you through the process of uploading a phone database to support, finding the Device ID, and finding the app version. Uploading the databse to support can be helpful in certain instances but is not always necessary.
Select the 3 lines in the upper left corner (hamburger menu icon).
Select Help.
Upload Phone Database or Sync History to Support
To upload a phone database to support tap on the text "Technical Details". Once selected you will see some additional information.
Tap the text "Upload database for technical support" and "Send sync history for technical support".
**You must remain on this page until both uploads are complete**
Device ID
BoviSync Support will often ask for the Device ID. This can be found here:
