Mobile Device: Low Storage Message
If a phone is displaying a Low Storage message, this is likely the fix. This seems to be related to Motorola Moto E4 Plus devices that are carrier locked to Verizon. If the Cloud app is not using a lot of space explore other unnecessary apps that may be using up the storage. Never disable a system app
Staff Only:
1. Connect to the customer's phone via TeamViewer:
Note: TeamViewer allows you to see some apps and settings on the device right from TeamViewer. Find the app that is using up a majority of space.
2. On the mobile device, go to "Settings", then look for "Apps" Tap on the app that is using up excessive space, in this example "Cloud" is using a lot of space on the device.
Tap on "Cloud"
3. Tap on "Storage"
4. Tap on "Clear Data" - This will clear all the data being used by the app.
5. Tap on "Force Stop" then tap "Yes"
6. Tap on "Disable" - this will permanently disable the app on the device.
7. You will know the app is fully disabled when the option to "Enable" appears.
