Search Additional IDs in the Mobile App

Background

The BoviSync Mobile App has a new feature to search for additional IDs. This means, that besides EART, users can now search for:
  1. BNAME (Barn Name)
  2. EID (EID)
  3. REG (Registered ID)
  4. TransID (Transponder ID)
  5. SCRCoID (SCR Collar ID)

How to use this feature

Notes for Initial Setup:

To use this feature, you must request it from the Customer Success team. 

Search for EART

If you want to search for an EART, do not tap on Additional IDs. Keep it toggled off (white background)




Search for Additional ID

If you want to search for one of the Additional IDs, toggle it on (blue background).




Multiple Animals Found

If multiple animals have an Additional ID with that value, a pop-up modal will display. Select the preferred animal.
In this example image, both animals have the Barn Name of 723.
