Modify Billing and Subscription Settings in Account Management

When you create a new herd you will be automatically set as BoviCorral subscription level, which is free of charge.  See the instructions below on how to subscribe to BoviSync, BoviMobile, DataSync or TechSync:

Requirements

  1. Users must have the Owner permission to access subscription settings.
  2. The permission settings are available on the Farm Access tab.
  3. Only users with Admin or Owner permission may see or modify user account permissions.

Farm Subscriptions

BoviCorral - Free Default. Pen Scoring included. 
BoviSync - herd management for dairies and growers. Entry and reporting for managing dairy farms of all sizes and needs.
BoviMobile - streamlined herd management software for dairies that desire a straightforward herd management solution.
DataSync - data import only. Provides reporting from other herd management systems for allied companies.
TechSync - a solution for companies that provide herd management of dairies 

Written Instructions:
  1. Login to BoviSync
  2. Click Setup, then choose Account Management 
  3. Go the Billing tab
    1. Edit Payment Details - Enter/update credit card information
    2. Set Billing Account -
      1. Only modify to desired account.
      2. Only accounts and teams granting Admin privileges to the Owner are options.
      3. The Billing Account will be billed for the subscription.
        1. If the Account in the Billing Account is set to bill to another account, it will still be billed directly and not it's Billing Account.
  4. Set the billing email to the desired email address for invoices
  5. Open Subscription Store tab
  6. Click "Subscribe" on desired service
