Update Tru-Test EID Reader

Written Instructions:


1. Install the Tru-Test Data Link application. This can be found on the Tru-Test USB drive that was given to with your EID Wand:



2. After the application has been installed, make sure you are fully up-to-date with the latest version:

3. Go to: Tools > Updates...    Follow on-screen instructions to complete the update. 

4. Plug in your Tru-Test EID Wand into your computer. The Data Link application will automatically detect your wand. If you wand isn't automatically detected, try using a different USB port. If you need additional help, contact Tru-Test Support. Tru-Test Support

5. Click 'Ok' to begin downloading the software update. After the download has finished, click 'Install' to begin installing the update. 

Do NOT turn off or disconnect the EID wand during the update process.
