Verify Data in BoviSync App

This guide will show you how the Verify Data menu item works from the BoviSync app. Verify Data is a menu item that when accessed can show you any unsaved events, chores or errors that have occurred while you were using the app. The most common reason for having unsaved complete chores or events is that you did not have an internet connection when you completed the chores in the mobile app. Simply coming back into range of wifi or cellular connection, then syncing your device will sync all of the unsaved chores and events. Thus the counts will show 'none'. In the event that they do not show 'none' the definitions and how to see these counts is shown below.

Below are definitions of each of the items.

• Unsaved Complete Chores - these are any chores which have not yet been saved to BoviSync.
  
• Unsaved New Events - these are any events which have not yet been saved to BoviSync.
  
• Error or Conflict - you will likely not see anything in this category. If you do see anything please contact support so we can resolve the issue.
  

To view any of these categories select the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the BoviSync app.

Select Verify Data

The Verify Events menu displays with the types of each event or chore which has not yet been saved to BoviSync. You can select any one of these three options. Doing so will show you the unsaved chores or events depending on which option you select. As an example, we selected the 'Unsaved Complete Chores' option to see the two chores which were not yet saved to BoviSync.

   

From here you can select either chore (or event) to see the individual details.
