Background
This article walks you through how to set-up the Lely Cloud Interface.
Farm giving access to BoviSync
The farm with the Lely software must give access to BoviSync.
Open the Lely Program.
On the red, left side bar, click on the Manage icon.
Find 'Data Exchange' section and Click on 'Data Exchange'
Click "Add Data Exchange"
Select Choose Third Party
From DropDown, select BoviSync
You may then need to click into BoviSync row like below:
Select Yes for the Data Exchange option.
Copy the Farm Key. You will use this to set-up the source in BoviSync
Click Apply Changes at the bottom of the screen.
Create a source in BoviSync
Click on 'Add Source'
Fill in the information, similar to the image below:
- Type: Herd Software
- Supplier: Lely Cloud
- Bulk Tanks: Leave blank
- Name: Whatever you choose (Name something you remember)
- Client: Leave as default: No selection
- Click: Add Source
Then, click 'Edit' on your source you just created.
Paste the 'Farm Key' that you copied from your Lely software program into the External Farm ID field.
Click Save.
