Create a new user account

1. To begin, please create a new user account in BoviSync that will be used as the admin for the company. Instructions on creating a new user can be found here, or go directly to https://bovisync.farm/newuser/. 

Create your company

1. Go to https://bovisync.farm/newcompany/
   
2. Enter information into all of the required fields.
   

1. Company name can't exceed 24 characters - anything longer will be truncated
   
2. Default team permission for farms will be the name without spaces - It should be unique and identifiable to any potential client
3. Click Create Company
   
4. NOTE: Only click on Create Company one time! There may be a slight delay as your Company account is being created.

When you create a new company, it will create two BoviSync accounts:

1) A company admin account, in the example above: June Dairy_Admin

2) Your company's team account: JuneDairy

You will initially be logged into your company admin account.

Account Management: Navigating your admin account

1. Navigate to Account Management by clicking on the gear icon next to your user name and company name in the upper right of the menu
   

Employee Management

1. Employee Mngt lists all user permissions within the company, including all organizational units.
   
2. You do not add users in this view.
   
3. You have the ability to remove a user, which will then remove the user from all teams and farms that they have access to.
   
4. You can also update a user's permission, promoting/demoting from owner or admin privileges

Teams

1. Teams lists all Teams with the Company, and provides a direct login link to each Team.
   
2. It also has the functionality to create new Teams.
   
1. Please note that the base Company subscription will not allow you to create additional Teams.
   
2. You can only create additional teams if you are subscribed to a Team, TeamPro, or Enterprise subscription.
   
3. Please review subscription options, here.
   
4. The Enterprise subscription allows you to create Teams and Sub-Teams
   

Farms

1. The Farms tab lists all farms that have granted your company permissions.
   
2. It provides the direct login link, as well the latest dates of event entry.
   

Billing

1. In Billing, you can enter or update your billing details: billing account and invoice details
   

Address

1. In Address, you can edit your address or tax registration number details
   
2. Make sure to click Save after you make your changes

Advanced Options

1. This tab will contain advanced features you can opt-into.
   

Subscription Store

1. The Subscription Store is where you can manage your subscription, which includes unsubscribing or upgrading your subscription.
   
2. Subscription descriptions are available in this tab, and can also be found here:  https://bovisync.com/team-accounts/
   

Data Access

1. Theis tab contains credentials for managing the API, including Client ID and  Client Secret
   
2. The User is the username that farms must grant access to in order for you to view/pull their data via the API
   
3. A link to the BoviSync API Docs is provided
   
4. You are able to store Snowflake Locator data
