Using Company Reports and Report Packs

Company users have access to a set of reports that have been created specifically for your company by your company administrator. When viewing reports in Report Manager, you may have both Company Reports and Report Pack tabs.

When logged into a farm, a company user will see Company Reports in the top menu under Farm Reports. Company reports menu is listed just below your logged-in farm's Farm Reports. If the user is logged into multiple farms, under Farm Reports, the user will see each farm listed. Company reports are always located under the logged-in farm reports, by category. This is then reflected in Report Manager in the Company Reports tab. In the example below, there are Company Reports in Reproduction and Animal Lists.



Creating report packs and managing delivery

Report Pack Delivery

Report packs are delivered as an attached PDF document to the email addresses that you select. In addition, the most recently delivered Report Pack can be downloaded directly from the Auto Download tab in Report Manager.




Here is an example cover page of a report pack:
Company name: Test company
Report pack name: My_4th_Report_Pack
Farm(s) included in the report: Chanse's Farm
