requested a log of all changes to protocols and SOPs and who made the changes and when. This could be a text log, it doesn't need to be fancy, they just need to be able to go back and find out who changed what and when.
Fresh thoughts

Pain as a medical diagnosis
Add "Pain" as an option for medical diagnosis. We require entering a diagnosis for every treatment, and we do pain treatments. It would be much better than using "other" as an option because we use it frequently.
Preg to Previous Event Note is wrong
On preg checks saved as preg to previous, the event note uses the DCC for the expected breeding, not the one saved to. This leads to user confusion when the animal is preg to previous and it says 35 DCC. The note should reflect the actual DCC and/or have

Deleting Chore List
Only allow admins to have access to delete chore list and not every user. Users will delete the chores list by mistake when they are trying to move between lists. If this is a chore list they need they will have to go to the office to sync the phone again

It would be great if the "List Description" feature inside of Chore Lists could be set to be on automatically. The users have to constantly toggle that on each time they switch pens and lists.

Adding Animal Items
When a new item is wanted in animal data, can't just insert into spot, have to delete items and redo everything
Warning for Duplicate calf IDs on Fresh events on the phone
Can we have a warning added to fresh if the ID they are trying to add already exists in the herd? We have farms that are accidently making duplicate IDs. They need at least a warning. Most (I want to say all but I know there will be an odd exception somewhere)
