How to format data with special characters in Excel

1.  Open Excel
2. Click Data tab
3. Get Data > From Text/CSV
4. Select your CSV file and click Import
5. A new window will open. Change your File Origin to be 65001: Unicode (UTF-8)
6. On the same window, click 'Load'
7. If you do not want some of the table formatting, simply click on a cell in the table, Table Design will appear in the Tab row. Click Table Design, and then you can make any changes to how the data appears.
